Parking Spaces & Tenant Parking

Parking spaces can be reserved depending on the property, either through the property's maintenance company or an external parking operator, such as Aimo Park. Contact details are available on the building notice board or in the Tenant Portal.

Please note the following when using a parking space

• Parking spaces are intended only for roadworthy vehicles that are in active use.
• Vehicle repairs or maintenance work are not permitted in parking areas.
• When changing tyres, the vehicle must be moved away from the parking space immediately after the work has been completed.
• Visitor parking spaces are intended for short-term guest parking only.
• Charging an electric vehicle (EV) requires registration and must take place only at designated EV charging points.
• Heating posts may only be used for engine preheating and not for charging electric vehicles..
• Any parking violations should be reported to the organisation responsible for parking management.

Apartment-specific Storage Units

Apartment-specific storage units are generally numbered according to the apartment number. When moving in, please note that if your storage unit does not include a lock, you are responsible for providing your own padlock. Please also check that the storage unit has been emptied by the previous tenant. If you find any belongings left behind, please notify Colliers Customer Service.

When moving out, you must ensure that your storage unit is completely empty and that your personal lock has been removed. Any belongings left in the storage unit will be disposed of, and the costs of clearing the unit will be charged to the outgoing tenant. We recommend taking a photograph of your empty storage unit before moving out to avoid any unnecessary clearance charges.

For fire safety reasons, certain restrictions apply to the items that may be stored in resident storage units. For example, only one complete set of car tyres (four tyres) may be stored. Please refer to your building's Rescue Plan for detailed storage regulations.

Laundry Facilities

You can reserve the shared laundry room and drying room for your personal use. Depending on your property, reservations can be made using either an online booking system or a paper booking calendar. Please also read and follow the laundry room rules displayed in the facility.

Building Sauna

You can reserve a private sauna session for yourself, your family, or your guests. Depending on the property, sauna reservations can be made through the Tenant App, an online booking system, or by contacting the property's maintenance company. Information about sauna fees, booking times, and availability is available in the Tenant Portal or from the maintenance company. Many properties also offer complimentary shared sauna sessions for tenants.
