Changing Apartments

First, please complete a rental apartment application for your apartment change request. In the additional information field, you can provide more details and mention that you are looking to change your current apartment. If an apartment matching your search criteria becomes available, one of our leasing specialists will contact you.

For apartment changes, we require that there are no outstanding rent payments and that there have been no other issues related to your tenancy. If your current tenancy agreement includes a minimum rental period, this must also be taken into consideration when changing apartments during the contract period.
