Apartment Viewings
An apartment viewing is an opportunity to visit and explore a rental apartment before signing a tenancy agreement. Read more below.
Private and Open Apartment Viewings
During the viewing, you can see the apartment layout, condition, and location in practice, and assess whether the apartment is the right fit for you. Apartment viewings are organised either as private viewings or open viewings. During the viewing, a Colliers rental consultant will provide information about the apartment, show you the different spaces, and answer your questions.
- Open viewing: Several interested applicants may attend the viewing at the same time. Registration is usually not required for open apartment viewings. Details of open viewings can be found in the apartment listing.
- Private viewing: The apartment is shown to one applicant or household at a time.
For a private viewing, a Colliers leasing specialist will arrange a suitable viewing time with you. After the apartment viewing, you can make your final decision about renting the apartment during the validity period of the rental offer you have received. A tenancy agreement can also be made without an apartment viewing if the applicant accepts the apartment details and photos remotely.
