Everyday housing services can primarily be found through your building's maintenance company and Tenant Pages.
Your home building's contact information
Please report urgent maintenance issues by phone to your building's maintenance company. Urgent issues include, for example, water leaks, broken windows, door opening/lockout assistance, and similar emergencies.

In urgent matters, please contact your building's maintenance service company by phone. You can find the contact details on your building's bulletin board or Tenant Pages.
Report other defects or faults by submitting a maintenance request online.
Tenant Pages
If your building has a Tenant Pages in use, you can find information related to your tenancy there. By registering for the Tenant Pages, you can view important contact details and notices for your building, as well as the status of your rent payments.
