You can use our new AI-powered apartment search to find suitable rental apartment options in a more versatile and personalised way.
Favourites
When you find interesting apartments on our website, you can add them to your favourites and transfer them directly to your rental application. You will receive information about your saved apartment options, such as new price campaigns and offers. Some apartments can also be rented directly online without submitting a rental application.
Apartment Alert
You can activate an apartment alert on our website, which will send a notification to your email as soon as an apartment matching your search criteria becomes available. The apartment alert monitors the availability of your selected apartment types on your behalf and is a quick way to receive information when your ideal rental home becomes available. The alert expires after 6 months by default and you can turn it off any time you wish by clicking on the link at the end of the alert mails.
Join the Interest List
Our new development and campaign properties offer a “Join the Interest List” feature. By joining the mailing list for a specific property, you can receive information about available apartments and get the opportunity to view, for example, model apartments before public viewings. Joining the interest list does not commit you to anything, but it allows you to be among the first to explore the property and reserve your next home.
