At Colliers, you can rent some apartments immediately and directly online without attending an apartment viewing, or in a more traditional way by submitting a housing application and viewing the apartment at an apartment viewing. Read more below.
Browsing Apartments and Adding Them to Favourites
Applying for an apartment is easy, and the housing application is quick to complete. Our comprehensive apartment search helps you find suitable apartments in different areas, for example by locality, postal code, or map search. You can also define your search based on the size of the apartment or the rent price to make it easier to identify suitable options. When you find apartments that interest you, you can add them to your favourites and attach your preferred favourites to your housing application.
About the Rental Application
In your rental application, you can add apartments that match your search criteria, select your preferred tenancy agreement start date, provide applicant details, and complete other information required for the apartment application. The application is easy and quick to complete. It guides you step by step through the process and, for example, notifies you if any required information is missing.
Before submitting your application, you can review all the information you have provided and make sure it is correct. When saving your rental application, you accept the marketing and communication terms as well as the rental terms and conditions. Please note that applicants’ credit information is checked as part of the application process.
